Welcome to the National Professional Development's event blog Building Asthma-Friendly Schools: June 29-July 1, 2010 . Holly Alperin opened up the conference with the purpose of our gathering:- improving the quality of asthma management programs at the local level
- addressing the needs of students with poorly controlled asthma
- increasing the asthma management knowledge and awareness of parents and families of students with asthma
